Get a couple inches of length taken off, and ask for long layers. Make sure that you and your hairdresser are on the same page about what constitutes long layers, though. Ask for face-framing ones, tell her you want your hair a bit less bulky. It costs the same as getting a regular cut but definitely makes you hair more bouncy and way more interesting :)

you can get it done at any hair/beauty salon.... it you want your hair short layers, you should have someone cut it for you and then get it professionally done to cut the expenses..
