Trimming Layered Hair?

I need to get a trim, I want to just do it at home, I know thats how lots of people do it

I have layers all over so I dont know what to do about that

Do you have any tips?

If I were you, I would just go to a salon and get it done. For a trim, it shouldn't cost more then $15.
