What does it look like to have the back of ur hair layered?

last time i went to the hair salon, my stylist asked if i wanted to get my hair layered in the back, and i said no because i didnt know what it would look like, so this time im thinking about getting it cut like that, but i wanna c a pic of what it mite look like in the back, if i have it layered. (I am not in these pics...haha especially not the first one) I always get long layers, gives you more volume and more of a style than just long, straight hair.
