I have long hair that is layered and I love it. Just google "Layered Long hair"

Get the "Long" layers vs the "Short" layers. The short ones can make your hair look frizzy and be harder to deal with.

I don't know of any web sites you could go to, but I've long hair and have it layered all the time. I love it especially since I have thin hair and layering makes it look fuller.

Have them do long layers. The layers start way down the hair. That way you dont get a choppy look.
