if it's curly or wavy, don't straighten it.

ponytail, two ponytails, bun, messy bun, pin everything up randomly, do a ponytail and on the last round don't pull it all the way through.

you could also get bangs.

do a google search on updos or whatever you want to find.

I also have long layered straight hair and if i don't curl it with a 5/8" curling iron on all my hair and then use my fingers to go thru it . just flip it around and make it sexy. You need patience though.. another thing i do and it doesn't take forever is Remington hot curlers , all sizes and when they cool down , take them out and brush my hair with my face toward the floor and start at the nape of my neck,and brush forward. i get a feminine loose curl and it really looks nice. I like the fullness. Hope I helped you.There's always updos or your haired pulled up tight and then loosen it a little with your fingers.Of course you will need some shaping spray or a light hairspray and you can tease your hair underneath. Sexy!
